CORE Conservation Level 3

Core Conservation 3 includes NEPA and Cultural Resources sessions. This is a blended class with online, classroom lecture, tour, and field components. On November 1 there will be a class starting at the West Madison Research Station. The day includes lecture, and tours of the UW Soils Lab, effigy mounds, and Wisconsin Historical Museum. An archeological dig is planned for November 6 at Black River Falls, WI. The northern class will take place in Ashland WI and include the two-day components of the southern session. The northern class will be at the Northern Great Lakes Visitor Center near Ashland on November 9th.
